Decrepit and Infamous
This is the one of the few places deemed to be haunted not just in the Philippines but in the whole world by the Ghost Hunters International.

Clark Air Base was also featured on a National Geographic documentary series titled I Wouldn’t Go In There. Kidding you not, this is one of the most infamous places in the country to go ghost hunting.

Long and Bloody History
The construction of this hospital started in 1960 and was built by the United States Air Force (USAF). Further, they envisioned it to be the new modern Regional Military Medical Facility in the Philippines.
This 200-bed hospital used to be a place where casualties of Vietnam war were brought in for medical care.
Moreover, Clark Airbase Hospital was one of the most advanced medical facilities in Asia at the time but now lays abandoned after the Mt. Pinatubo eruption of 1991.
Clark Airbase has a long, turbulent, and bloody history in the country. In fact, it has witnessed the Vietnam War where wounded and dying American troops were treated. As a result, traumas and deaths from that conflict have also left their mark on the spirit presence in the hospital
Haunted
As years have gone by, paranormal activities were reported by the security guards and people around the area. Mysterious voices, whispers and screams are often heard. Also, violent spirits would, at several times, throw things at people out of nowhere.
Apparently, the most haunted area in the hospital is the morgue, many report hearing someone screaming, “Help me! I don’t want to die!”
Now it lays abandoned after extensive damages were sustained from the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo forcing its eventual closure. As the years passed by, lawless elements looted and gutted the hospital into a shell. Some of the hospital’s medical equipment made a reappearance at the thrift shops in Dau.
Clark Abandoned Hospital now is off-limits to visitors and requires a special permit from the CDC.
